The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.
SASSA is going to be rendering providers including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a statement, the agency stated it can be alarmed concerning the high variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The goal with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a significant quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie read more and there's no fully functional office dedicated to service the area each day. The support position made for intervention activities a significant inflow of probable beneficiaries, that makes it tricky for that Workplace sassa status check to attend to all people who check out a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to allow the servicing of all clients and boost access status sassa to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
